Water still spreading right now?
Call the 24/7 dispatch line and tell us which rooms are wet. Shut off the main valve first if you can reach it dry.

Every Service, in the Order Most Losses Need Them
A typical loss moves from stopping the water to drying, cleaning and rebuilding. Mold work enters when moisture lingered.
How the Services Fit Together
Most jobs start with emergency water removal when water is standing, then move to water mitigation so walls and floors dry out. After that comes water damage cleanup for contaminated or soaked materials and water damage repair for the rebuild.
Flood and sewage losses add flood damage restoration, which brings extra safety steps and often more materials to remove. If moisture lingered or dark spots appear, mold remediation is handled before walls are closed up.
You do not have to pick the exact service before you call. The dispatcher asks what you see, where the water came from and how long ago, then explains where to begin.
Each service page lists the equipment used, the factors that change cost and the questions homeowners ask most often. None of them quotes a flat price, because the scope depends on the water, the materials and the area.
Which Question Does Each Service Answer?
| Your question | Service | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Water is on the floor right now | Emergency water removal | Removes standing water |
| How do I stop this from spreading? | Water mitigation | Maps moisture and dries the structure |
| What do I do with soaked belongings? | Water damage cleanup | Removes debris, sanitizes, deodorizes |
| When can I rebuild? | Water damage repair | Replaces drywall, flooring, paint |
| The water came from outside or a sewer | Flood damage restoration | Handles contaminated water |
| Is that mold? | Mold remediation | Inspects, contains and removes growth |
Every service is available through the same 24/7 line, and the scope and price are explained before work starts.
What We Do Not Do
Restoration is not waterproofing, plumbing repair or structural engineering. If water keeps coming into a lower level, a drainage contractor is the right call. If a pipe needs replacing, a plumber does that while the restoration crew dries the structure.
We also do not decide insurance coverage. We document the loss, and your insurer decides what the policy covers.
Questions about any of this are welcome on the phone, and the dispatcher will tell you honestly if a job is better handled by another trade.
